Welcome parents! Throughout the year you will be able to click on your child’s grade and view the current projects they are working on. This way you will know how they are progressing and what they should be taking home with them. Below is the grading system in place for art at Woodbrook as well as my rubrics. Feel free to comment on any of the fun projects you like or ask questions! Thanks and enjoy!
Grade 1-4 students receive O-outstanding S-satisfactory and N-needs improvement
Grade 1 students do not receive grades the first marking period.
Grade 5 students receive A-F grades. These will be give for marking periods 2 and 4 as well as a final average.

***Any absences will not count against a student’s grade. Be aware that they may not have as many grades when it comes time to average them if they have been absent for projects.
